___The recent socio-economic evolution of Morocco and the fast social change
can induce in the case of lower-income people, by their incapacity to adapt to new economic and social constraints.
Beyond the efforts made by the public authorities,
aiming to improve the living
conditions of the whole of the population, the civil society has to play a crucial role in the research of a social balance and a sustainable stability. |
___ The progressive slip towards a relational approach, based on the social bonds and the integration issue, can contribute to the reinforcement of the solidarity and the social order which both constitute the basic elements for the development of the community
by exceeding the individual or collective concerns
or of group. |
___Difficulties met by
the vulnerable populations, worsened by the recurring crises of dryness, the rural exodus and the persistence of illiteracy make the action urgent and necessary.
___ Action and mutual aid should be carried out in a logic of exchange and complementarity between the different social and economic actors. The final objective is to contribute to the local development by the creation of the necessary conditions to improve the situation of rural and urban disadvantaged populations. |
