BOARD OF DIRECTORS :

Elected by the General Assembly for three years, the Board of Directors (BD) is in charge of the implementation, the management and the follow-up of the projects realized by the Foundation in accordance with its social aims.

COMPETENCES:

The BD prepares and submits to the General Assembly:

- Action Plan

- moral and financial reports

-suggestions about the modification of status, the creation of commissions, or about changes in the procedures of administrative and financial management.

In addition, the BD is informed about examination acts and studies beforehand prepared by the Governance and Steering Committee.
